The IMP project was bought a few years ago with a seized engine.
The drive, engine and all rotten interior components were removed along with a few seats that thieves relieved me of...
The engine is under construction and we will use the stock Mercruiser Alpha Drive.
The Mercruiser 350 that I have under construction is carbureted and would be about 400 horse when completed.
I have considered installing an LT1 based EFI engine as well.
The EFI Option would be in the same power range with better fuel economy.

I also plan to run the boat on E-85. I prefer to buy fuel for 2.25 per gallon!
